Rates

The retainer amount is specific to each case and must be paid upfront unless otherwise specified.  Amber has an hourly rate of $300.00 /hr. The Paralegal has an hourly rate of $150.00 /hr.

Fee Agreement

Each client is required to sign a Fee Agreement that is specific to their case. 

Payment

The VanGunten Law office accepts payment via:

- Debit/ Credit Card (3% processing fee applied) *Excluding American Express*

- Cash

- Check
